Residential Air Conditioning Repair

Residential Repair

Is your Air Conditioner’s Warranty Active?

Not all HVAC companies process warranty work. Be cautious when hiring a company to service or repair your A/C system. Some parts may be included through your manufacturers warranty. Many HVAC manufacturers include a 10 year limited warranty on most of their systems. If your system is 10 years old or newer ask about any possible warranties that your system may have.

At ACT we make sure to verify any warranty that your system may have even if we were not the original installer.
We then process all warranty paper work for you!

SERVICE CALL

A service call is when your A/C isn’t functioning as it should and you would like someone to come out within 48 hours of receiving your call. This service is only available during normal business hours (M-F 8am-4pm) when we have an available technician.

EMERGENCY SERVICE CALL

An emergency service call is when your A/C isn’t functioning as it should and you would like someone to come out the same day of receiving your call. This service is MONDAY-SATURDAY after 4pm and when a service technician is available.

PULL & CLEAN

Your air conditioner’s coils are some of the most important parts of the system. There are two types of coils in an air conditioning system: evaporator coils that absorb the heat and humidity from the air in your space, and condenser coils that expel that heat outside of your building.

Why is it important to clean an AC coil? Because coils can’t transfer heat effectively when covered with dirt and debris. That can lead to all kinds of problems, from higher energy consumption to the system overheating and the compressor failing. In order for the coils to transfer heat effectively, the surfaces need to be clean.

Recommended as your unit ages or there is visible dirt and debris on coil. Also includes up to 2lbs freon

DRIER VENT CLEANING

According to the U.S. Fire Administration there is an estimated 15,600 dryer fires annually with 15 deaths and over 400 injuries.

Using specially manufactured cleaning tools, we will clean each vent of lint blockage and debris it may posses inside the dryer vent. Our brushes scrub the sides of the vent losening up the lint as well as wax left over from dryer sheets that may collect lint.

Send us your information and we will call you to schedule a visit. Thank you.
